At Voluspa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury fragrance purchase. If you are not delighted with your order, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and shipping zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the glass vessels are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
